Employment Pass (EP): For professionals, managers, and executives earning at least SGD 5,600 per month (higher for older applicants). Requires recognized qualifications. Besides meeting the minimum requirements, applicants need to pass the points-based Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) with a minimum of 40 points (unless exempted).
